Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Virtualsuper Walk-In Tubs wants virtualsuper.lat to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement explains our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Aim For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
We try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical reading order
- Give meaningful images a text description
- Keep text large, with strong color contrast
- Make each page work with a keyboard
- Lay pages out so they read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can be partly out of our hands. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@virtualsuper.lat and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us for you.
Send Us Feedback
Tell us where the site gave you trouble. Email contact@virtualsuper.lat and share:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can tell us
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the website, we will keep working to improve it.
Tell us what happened
Tell us about your bathroom and what worries you. Request an estimate and a provider in our network can reach out with next steps. No obligation.
