How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Virtualsuper Walk-In Tubs wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Virtualsuper Walk-In Tubs
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with acted
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Know this, though: Virtualsuper Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@virtualsuper.lat and include:
- Your name and a way to contact you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
