How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who you will talk to
Virtualsuper Walk-In Tubs does not have installers on staff. When you send a request, it goes to an independent provider in our network. That provider is the one who speaks with you, visits your home, and does the work.
You may reach a provider's office first. Call hours vary by provider.
What the provider may ask you
Expect a few simple questions:
- Your town and the type of home
- Whether you want a walk-in tub or a tub-to-shower conversion
- Who will use the bath and any mobility needs
- Your timing and rough budget
Share what you are comfortable with. You do not need to give details you do not want to.
Questions worth asking
Do ask these before you agree to anything:
- Are you licensed and insured in Texas? Can I see proof?
- Will you visit and measure before quoting?
- What is in the written quote, and what could change the price?
- Who does the work: your staff or subcontractors?
- What warranty is offered, and in writing?
- How is water drainage and door sealing handled?
A solid answer is specific and calm. A weak answer is vague or rushed.
Red flags
Do not hire a provider who:
- Asks for a large payment up front
- Pushes you to sign today
- Will not put the price in writing
- Cannot show a license or insurance
If something feels off, trust that feeling. You can always step back and ask another provider.
You stay in charge
A request does not commit you to anything. You can compare quotes, ask for another provider, or stop at any time. Referral, not contractor.
